Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Please Mail us at ecom@kamalastores,com from your registered mail id to inform us about order cancellation.

- You can also call us at 9943195800 from your registered Mobile number for order cancellation

- Any Cancellation Prior to Product Dispatch with be issued with Full Refund including Shipping Charges.

- Order Cancellation after Dispatch of the item will be refunded after deducting Shipping Charges

- Once the Refund is Approved, we will process the refund with 2-4 Working days a,  it will be credited to the orginal payment method with 2-4 Working days.

- Refund for Cash on delivery Returns are issued to Customer Bank account that is sent via Registered Mobile/Email id.
